After attending a Microsoft Partner Summit in Queensland, where Microsoft encouraged their partners to specialise and develop niche markets for the products, CEO, Duncan Journee, realised he would need to recruit outside expertise to help sharpen Clade’s focus.
Prior to the acquisition of Clade by Brennan IT, Duncan reached out to Melanie and the team at Mogrify to help Clade define a clear and targeted marketing strategy and to narrow down their key target audience.
